新型膨胀阻燃剂MAPPEP的合成研究

摘    要:以磷酸、尿素、季戊四醇和三聚氰胺为原料,制备新型膨胀阻燃剂MAPPEP。利用红外光谱、热重分析等对样品进行了分析和表征,并对其合成工艺以及其在聚烯烃中的阻燃性能进行了研究。确定了合成路线和最佳工艺,研究表明合成的样品含氮量较高、收率优良、阻燃效果明显,合成反应条件简便,容易控制,无污染,是优良的新型环保型磷系阻燃剂。

Abstract:MAPPEP was synthesized by using pentaerythritol, carbamide, melamine and phosphoric acid as material, and characterized by IR and TGA. We made a research on the synthesis process and the flame retardancy test. tn the flame retardancy test, we mixed the sample with the polyolefin. The test indicate it obviously improved the flame retardancy of polyolefin. And the sample is with a higher nitrogen content and yield coefficient. MAPPEP is an new kind environment friendly phosphorus flame retardant with handy reaction conditions.
