| 摘 要： | 栀子黄色素作为一种天然安全的食用色素,应用非常广泛,国内外对其需求日趋增大,市场前景十分乐观。文章重点阐述了近年来栀子黄色素提取工艺(浸提法、微波法、超声波法等)及后续精制工艺(主要为树脂吸附法)的研究现状,并提出继续深入探讨提高提取工艺及不断探索新的精制工艺的必要性,以期为后来研究者提供有用的参考。
