摘    要:提高视频图像的传输质量是网络拥塞控制方面的重要研究课题,在阐述了码率控制技术和实时视频传输的构架后,分析了基于丢包率和双丢包率阈值门限的拥塞控制机制以及VM8码率控制算法,指出了VM8码率控制算法的不足,所在并进行了相应的改进.根据当前丢包率,对未来的发送速率的变化做出预测,从而动态地决定缓冲区目标水位参数,使得改进后的算法对发送速率具有一定的预测性.实验证明,改进后的算法有效地提高了编码后的图像质量.

Abstract:The research about improvement of video transfer is an important topic in netwok congestion control. Firstly, the code ratio control technology and frame of real time video transfer are introduced.
