摘    要:介绍了优选蛇床子总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。采用L9(3^3)正交试验,考察乙醇浓度、提取温度及提取时间,以总黄酮含量为评价指标,并采用分光光度法测定吸光度。并对黄酮类成分进行验证,得出蛇床子总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为80%的乙醇提取2次,每次30min,提取温度65℃。优选得到的工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:In order to optimize the extraction process of the total flavone in Cnidium monnieri ( L. ) Cusson, the three factors - alcohol content ( A), extraction temperature (B) and extraction time(C) were investigated by L9 (3^3 ) orthogonal design, using the standard index which was defined by the content of the total flavone. The total flavone was determined by apectrophotometry. And the preliminary identification of flavonoids of dregs was done by TLC chromatography and colour reaction. As a result of the reseaeh, the optimum process of the extraction was 80 % alcohol and ultrasonic extraction for 30min ( totally extracting for 2 times) and extraction temperature 65 ℃, and it was stable and available.
