摘    要:硅锰系结构钢、采用临界区等温淬火热处理工艺,获得铁素铁、贝氏体和残余奥氏体三相组织。该钢以三种不同应变速率在Ms- Md温度之间形变,应变诱导相变,相变诱发塑性(TRIP)。应变速率越低,相应诱发塑性效果越好。

Abstract:Bainite ferrite and retained austenite are obtained through austempering immedidely after intercritical annealing in the plain carbon Si Mn steel.Strain induced transformation and transformation induce plasticity(TRIP) are happened when this sort of steels are deformed at three different kinds of strain rates at a temperature between Ms and Md .The lower strain rate,the better TRIP properties.
