移动式多级分离的管线气液分离装置

针对目前气液分离器存在的问题,研制了移动式多级分离的管线气液分离装置。该装置采用四级分离装置逐级进行油气分离和油雾中的油滴分离,通过研制无压干涉浮子控制器来提高气液分离效率,达到自动控制分离过程的目的。该装置采用不受压力干涉的液位控制器,能根据液位的变化自动打开、关闭气路或液路,动作灵敏可靠;装置采用拖车式结构,机动性强,且当气液分离位置固定时,可以只安装气液分离单元,降低运行成本。实际应用表明,该装置操作简单,排出气体中不含有液体,可实现油气的彻底分离。

A mobile and multistage pipeline gas-liquid separator

In consideration of the problems existed in gas-liquid separators, a mobile and multistage gas-liquid separator is developed for pipeline gas-liquid separation. A 4 stage separating device is used to separate oil from gas and oil drops in oil mist. A float controller without pressure intervention is developed to raise the efficiency of gas-liquid separation for the purpose of automatic separation. A liquid-level controller without pressure intervention is used to automatically open and close gas lines and liquid lines. It is a trailer structure with high flexibility. When the position of gas-liquid separation is fixed, only gas-liquid separating unit is installed for cost reduction. Application indicates that the apparatus is of easy operation, and gas can be thoroughly separated without liquid containingin discharged gas.
