经纬仪伺服系统功率开关电源及控制系统设计

摘    要:针对经纬仪伺服系统的直流电动机的特性设计了采用脉宽调制(PWM)控制芯片和集成功率模块(IPM)的功率开关电源,主电路拓扑为全桥变换电路,功率转换器件采用集成功率模块,简化了设计,同时还有输出短路、过流、过温以及欠压保护功能,大大提高其工作可靠性,并对控制电路和保护电路进行丁设计,其输出电压连续可调。可满足不同规格的直流力矩电动机电压要求l最后通过实验验证了系统设计的有效性。

Abstract:The switching power source used in theodolite servo system is designed based on SG3525 and IPM module, the full-bridge circuit is designed based on IPM with functions including IGBT driving circuits, short circuit, over current, over temperature, and lower voltage protection circuits that simplified circuit design and improved its reliability, then its control circuit and protection circuit are also de signed, the output voltage can be adjusted continuasly to satisfy some different specification motor, the validity of system is also verified by experiment,
