| 摘 要： | 对目前国际上重要的新兴项目管理方法进行了对比和分析。以早期PERT为基础,建立了改进型PERT算法模型。一些时间参数的计算公式被重新组合并应用到改进型PERT算法模型中,使PERT的计算更加方便和准确。最后,给出一个案例网络来证明所使用的新方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | This paper compared and analyzed the important new methods of project management in civil engineering.The modified PERT based on conventional PERT is established.Some formulas of time parameter were reorganized and applied to modified PERT,which made it more convenient and exact.At last,an example network was given to prove that the new method we used is feasible. |
