微型分散聚合法制备聚苯乙烯微球

摘    要:以苯乙烯为单体,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,在一定比例乙醇与水的混合介质中,用微型分散聚合法制备了聚苯乙烯微球。用纳米粒度与电位分析仪对聚苯乙烯微球的粒径进行了比较分析。实验结果表明,同常规分散聚合法一样,微型分散聚合法同样可以得到单分散性好的聚苯乙烯微球,且两者粒径几乎相同。相比之下,微型实验具有省试剂、少污染、安全快速、便于操作等优点,可在高分子化学研究和实验中推广应用。

Abstract:Polystyrene microsphere was prepared with styrene as a monomer and polyvinypyrrolidone(PVP)as a dispersing agent in the mixing medium of alcohol and water.The size of polystyrene microsphere was determined with nano-particle and potentiometry.The result shows that good monodispersity and the same size of polystyrene microsphere,like conventional dispersion plolymerization,might be prepared with mciroscale dispersion plolymerization.Compared with conventional experiment,microscale one has many excellent prop...
