浅析油水井管套损坏的原因与对策

摘    要:油页岩和页岩的水侵是套管发生破损的重要原因,此外,油层出砂、热采、超高压压裂、套管质量问题及套管腐蚀也会导致套管破损。要预防套管破损应采取以下措施:1)提高油水井的水泥返高;2)提高套管设计强度;3)提高固井质量;4)使用套管扶正器;5)提高套管的密封效果;6)优化井眼轨迹;7)减少断层运移对套管的损坏;8)优化注水。

Abstract:The key reason for casing damage is invasion water in oil shale and shale.Also,casing damage may be caused by sand from oil layer,hot rest,extra high pressure fracturing,casing quality and casing corrosion.In order to prevent casings from being damaged,the following measures should be taken: 1.increasing cement return height of oil-water wells,2.enhancing casing design strength,3.increasing well cementing quality,4.using casing centralizers,5.increasing casing sealing effects,6.optimizing borehole trajectory,7.lowering the casing damage from fault creep,8.optimizing water injection.
