纸机的气电一体化操作台的设计

摘    要:传统纸机往往将主传动、辅助电器、气动控制元件安装在不同的操作台内,占用车间场地,也会给机械设备检修造成障碍。本文提出了使用气电一体化操作台来解决这一问题,并且给出了气电一体化操作台的一般设计方法。

Abstract:For the traditional paper machines, the main drive, the ancillary apparatus and the pneumatic control components are on the different operation desks, the space of the workshop is taken up and it is not convenient for the inspection of mechanical equipment. A pneumatic-electric integration operational desk was proposed in the paper to solve the problem and a general design approach is provided for the pneumatic-electric integration operation desk.
