综合外墙外保温系统施工技术

目前国内的外墙施工中，传统的内保温作法及单一外保温作法已不能满足发展的要求。而综合外墙外保温体系虽能完美体现外墙外保温的优势，但单一造价偏高，同时还要克服两种保温的缺点，具有一定的施工难度。逸成东苑工程原设计为钢丝网架外保温体系，经研究改用钢丝网架保温板与胶粉颗粒保温综合施工体系，并总结出一套完整的施工技术，应用前景广阔。

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF COMPREHENSIVE OUTER INSULATION SYSTEM OF EXTERNAL WALL

At present, the old inner insulation and the individually outer insulation used at home can no longer satisfy the development requirement. Ahhough the comprehensive outer insulation system of external wall can perfectly represent the advantages of the outer insulation of external wall, it has a higher unit cost. Moreover, it has to avoid the shortcomings of the two insulations and has some construction diffi- cuhies. In Yicheng East Garden Project, the outer insulation system with the steel wire mesh adopted in the original design was replaced by a comprehensive system of steel wire mesh insulation plate and rubber powder granule insulation, for which a complete set of construction technology was thus summarized up, and which will have a wide application prospect.
