充气天线初始构形的确定

摘    要:充气天线的反射面是由柔性薄膜材料拼接而成的,针对其初始构形难以确定的问题,提出了反算法.首先利用公式计算出最优充气压力,对设计构形施加此压力,然后通过反算法得到初始构形,重复上述过程直到满足误差要求.算例结果表明:由此方法确定的初始构形在充气到给定压力后,与设计曲面的均方根误差满足天线结构设计允许的误差要求,从而能够满足天线电性能的要求.

Abstract:The reflector of inflatable antenna is made of flexible membrane.Aiming at the difficulty of its initial shape determination,an inverse algorithm is presented.First,the optimum pressure was calculated and applied to the designed shape.Then the initial shape was obtained using the inverse algorithm.Iteration stoped until the error met the requirement.Result shows that the root mean square error meets the allowable precision requirement when the reflector was inflated to the given pressure.And the designed shape can also meet the requirement of the electricity performance of antenna.
