聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯凝胶聚合物电解质膜制备工艺的优化

摘    要:采用正交试验法筛选出制备聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯凝胶聚合物电解质膜的最佳条件,即搅拌温度50℃、溶剂蒸发时间15min、空气相对湿度40、相转化温度40℃。实验表明,溶剂蒸发时间对凝胶聚合物电解质膜吸液率影响最显著。在最佳制膜条件下,考察了3种增塑剂,即PEG-400、DBP和PVP—K30对凝胶聚合物电解质膜吸液率的影响。研究结果表明,在本实验中,PEG-400、DBP和PVP—k30的含量为0.1g时,对应膜的吸液率分别为495%、480%和540%,说明PVP—K30是最理想的增塑剂,值得推广使用。

Abstract:The optimum conditions for preparing gel polymer electrolyte membrane (GPEM) based on P( VDF - HFP) were selected by orthogonal experiment as follows:stirring temperature 50 ℃, solvent evaporation time 15 min,relative humidity 40,phase transfer temperature 40℃. The solvent evaporation time was the most significant factor among the above factors influencing the liquid absorption rate of GPEM. The effects of three plasticizers and their contents on P ( VDF - HFP) GPEM prepared under the optimum conditions were investigated. The results showed that the liquid absorption rate were 495% ,480% ,540% respectively when the content of PEG- 400, DBP,or PVP- K30 was 0.1 g. These indicated PVP- K30 was the best plasticizer among the three plasticizers and had the value of application.
