摘    要:介绍了国内外芳烃生产技术的新进展:降低催化重整的反应压力,新催化剂选择性更好;通过溶剂的改进可提高芳烃抽提产品的质量;选择性歧化可得到高浓度对二甲苯,烷基转移可提高C+9芳烃的利用率;通过催化剂和工艺的改进,提高了二甲苯异构化中对二甲苯的收率;由混合二甲萘异构化和分离制备2,6-二甲基萘技术的经济优势更明显。

Abstract:Recent progress of aromatics production technologies domestic and abroad were reviewed .The technologies included catalytic reforming under lower reaction pressure with higher selectivity;aromatics extraction by using more efficient solvent to improve product quality;selective disproportionation of toluene to obtain high concentration p-xylene;transalkylation to raise utilization extent of C+_9 aromatics;increasing yield of p-xylene in isomerization of xylene by improving the catalyst and process;and producing 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene by isomerizing and separating mixture of dimethylnaphthalenes.The modified crystal separation process was economic to produce p-xylene and aromatization of methane was worthwhile to be noticed.
