宽厚板超声波测厚异常原因分析

摘    要:针对用超声波测厚仪进行宽厚板测厚时,厚度数值显示通常只有钢板厚度的一半情况,通过对测厚出现异常的钢板进行低倍分析、金相分析、拉伸断口分析,找出了异常情况产生的原因,并提出了相应的改进控制措施。

Abstract:While measuring thickness of heavy plate using ultrasonic thickness gauge,the thickness of the numerical display is usually only half of the plate thickness.The unusual thickness of the steel was analyzed by low-fold,metallurgical and tensile fracture to identify the causes of the abnormal situation,and corresponding control measures were proposed.
