4JQS-180型玉米秸秆收获机改进设计与试验

针对玉米秸秆收获机现有技术状况与不足，通过对玉米秸秆收获机的基本工作原理研究、主要技术参数计算和设计，改进设计了4JQS-180型玉米秸秆收获机的三种主要工作部件。田间试验结果证明机具有整机结构合理、工作性能良好、操作方便、适用范围广等特点。

Improved design and Test of 4JQS-180 Cornstalk Harvester

on the base of present technology and inadequacies of corn harvester, through designing key component, computing main technical parameters and discussing basic work principle, three key parts of 4JQS-180 Cornstalk Harvester were improved developed. Field test results proved it have many features, such as reasonable structure of whole machine, good performance, easy operation, wide applicable range and so on.
