摘    要:在数控车削加工中,断屑、排屑的效果如何不仅与所采用的机床、加工工艺、被加工对象的材质特性有关,也和操作者选用的切削刀片的三维断屑槽型有密切的关系。准确、快速地选用切削刀片的三维断屑槽型,将对生产效率的提升、产品质量的保证、设备及劳动者的安全性的确保等产生深刻的影响。

Abstract:In the numerical control turning processing, the effect of chip breaker and chip removal how not only with the machine tools, processing technology, adopted by the material properties of the object being processed, and also the operator selects the cutting blade of the 3 d chip breaker groove type has a close relationship. Accurately and quickly choose the 3 d chip breaker groove of cutting blades, to promote the efficiency of production, product quality assurance, equipment, and ensure the safety of workers and other produce profound effect.
