| 摘 要： | 采用中频感应加热对钛管材进行退火热处理,是稀有金属加工领域一项新技术和新工艺。针对钛管材中频感应退火炉的设备特点和工艺要求,介绍研制以西门子S7-200为核心的PLC控制系统。系统投产运行以来,取得显著效果,具有推广和应用价值。

| Abstract: | The way to medium frequency induction heating carrying on the annealing heat treatment to the titanium tubes,is a new technology and process in rare metal processing field.This paper gives a brief introduction about the equipment characteristic and the technological requi-rement of the medium frequency induced annealing furnace in view of Titanium tubes,and the design of PLC control system based on S7-200.Since the system has gone into production,which obtains the remarkable effect,and has the widespread promotion and application value. |
