历史街区保护与更新研究——以武昌昙华林街区为例

该文以武汉市昙华林历史街区为研究对象,对其目前现状进行调查研究,得出目前昙华林街区存在物质性衰退、环境孤立、建筑风格紊乱等五个方面的问题。根据国外历史街区保护的先进经验,并结合实际存在的问题,提出昙华林未来发展的走向及对策,力求实现街区活力复兴与可持续发展目标。

Historic Block Protection and Regeneration Research:Taking Wuchang Tanhua Lin Block as an Example

This paper takes Wuhan Tanhua Lin Historic District as the research object,researching its current status.It arrives at the conclusion that there are five issues existing at the present in this block,such as material recession,environmental isolation,architectural style disorder,etc.According to advanced experience on the protection of historic blocks in foreign countries,this paper raises Tanhua Lin＇s future development orientation and strategies,based on the practical problems .It aims to achieve the block dynamic recovery and sustainable development goals.
