| 摘 要： | 为了提高预测精度，对所得河北南网数据进行了必要的数据预处理，并且对这些数据进行分析，找出了其内在的规律。然后基于这些数据用SVM算法进行电力负荷预测，得到了比较理想的预测结果。

| Abstract: | In order to improve forecasting accuracy,the data of Southern Hebei Power System is pre-processed,and this pape analyzes these data to identify its internal laws,and then uses SVM algorithm for load forecasting based on these data.Through this procedure,a good result can be achieved. |
