| 摘 要： | 江西铜业集团(贵溪)新材料有限公司于2004年对铜分厂雾化铜粉工段实施了扩产改造,投产后,主体设备中频无芯感应电炉故障率高,炉寿短,针对这些问题,对设备及筑炉烧结工艺进行了改进,取得了预期的效果。

| Abstract: | A expansion on the atomized copper powder section was conducted in JCC （Guixi） Neo - Materials CO. , Ltd in 2004. After commissioning, trouble rate of the intermediate frequency coreless induction furnace was high, and service life was short. In view of these problems, modification was conducted to the equipment and the furnace - building and sintering process. |
