摘    要:考虑到注射模的结构特点(型腔为狭缝面,冷却孔细长),通过边界方程及边界梯度方程的耦合,推导出求解注射模三维温度场的边界积分方程,并给出了计算基本解积分的数值方法及高阶奇异积分的解析方法;最后通过实例说明了数值分析在冷却系统设计中的应用.

Abstract:A boundary intergal formulation is proposed to analyse the temperature field of injection mold.Networks of cooling channels within the mold and the closely spaced mold cavity surfaces require special attention both in the formulation and numerical treatment of the integral equations. The proposed formulation couples the boundary formual, the gradient of the boundary formula and the exterior formula.The derivation of the integral equations is presented here along with an efficient numerical method for intergation of some of the kernels in these equations and a semi-analytical procedure for the integration of the highly singuar integrands.An example is demonstrated to illustrate the usefulness of the numerical method developed.
