流化床煤粉等离子点火系统设计计算

摘    要:通过在国内外试验台及电厂的研究,清楚地表明在各种同类型的燃烧器上进行了成功的点火,而燃用的煤,其热工性能又非常广泛。等离子点火设备可以降低发电成本,提早投入电除尘减少环境污染,保证锅炉低负荷及启动时的安全运行。对35t/h循环流化床锅炉煤粉等离子点火系统的设计,给出了煤粉等离子点火器的设计方法,并对等离子点火系统进行了分析。

Abstract:Pulverized coal is ignited by a high temperature electric arc generated by a plasma generator in the pulverized coal burner. Experiments from laboratory and power plant show that the air plasma ignition technique displayed a good performance. It can enable coal-fired boilers to start, as well as to operate at low load, without or only requiring small addition of oil.
