广东某铅锌矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对某难选硫化-氧化混合铅锌矿嵌布粒度细、含泥高的特点, 在不脱泥的条件下, 采用硫化-黑药法浮铅、硫化-黄药法浮锌、水玻璃+六偏磷酸钠组合抑制脉石同时分散矿泥的先铅后锌浮选原则流程, 小型闭路试验可获得铅精矿Pb品位 47.16%、Zn品位5.35%、Ag含量363.25 g/t、Pb回收率69.28%、Ag回收率58.91%, 锌精矿锌品位46.54%、锌回收率85.52%的良好指标。

Abstract:Characterized by fine dissemination size and high slime content, a refractory lead-zinc sulfide-oxide mixed ore from Guangdong was processed by adopting a Pb/Zn differential flotation flowsheet, which consists of sulfurization-dithiophosphate method to recover lead minerals, sulfurization-xanthate method to recover zinc minerals, and a combination of water glass and sodium hexametaphosphate used to depress gangues. The closed-circuit batch test with such flowsheet yielded a lead concentrate grade of 47.16% Pb, 5.35% Zn and 363.25 g/t Ag with recoveries of 69.28% Pb, 58.91% Ag, as well as a zinc concentrate approaching 46.54% Zn grade at recovery of 85.52%.
