摘    要:通过热力学计算对以NaF、CaCl2和Na3PO4为原料合成氟磷灰石的可行性进行了分析, 采用差热热重分析(DSC-TGA)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析(EDS)等技术, 对反应产物表面形貌和成分进行了表征, 结果表明;在所获得的焙烧矿中均匀分布大量三叶草形貌矿相, 该矿相即为氟磷灰石。较佳合成温度为1 173 K, 其反应转化率大于95%, 合成产物中氟磷灰石含量为90%, 该合成产物满足后期单一矿物浮选试验要求。

Abstract:The feasibility to synthesize fluorapatite with NaF, CaCl2 and Na3PO4 as raw materials was analyzed by thermodynamic calculation. The surface morphology and composition of the reaction products were studied by thermo gravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum analysis (EDS). The results show that a large number of fluorapatite phase with a morphology of clover is distributed homogeneously in the obtained roasted ore. At an optimum temperature of 1 173 K, the reaction conversion rate exceeds 95% and the fluorapatite content in the synthesized product amounts to 90%, which can meet the requirement for succeeding single mineral flotation tests.
