摘    要:提出一种基于多级菱形思维的产品方案设计新方法,该方法以可拓学理论为基础,试图解决智能CAD研究中的瓶颈问题,根据发散一收敛-再发散-再收敛这一菱形思维特点,建立了产品设计多级菱形思维模型,详细描述了发散树方法和收敛性思维方法的实现过程,并成功地应用于加工中心刀库方案智能CAD系统,实际结果表明,该方法在精确性、有效性和客观性方面都优于传统设计方法。

Abstract:In this paper, a new rhombus thought method to imitate human creativity activity is proposed. This method tries to solve the bottle neck problem in intelligent CAD based on the extension theory. The divergence tree method and the convergent thought method are described according to the multilevel rhombus thought model of products. It has been successfully applied to the scheme design for the tool magazine scheme of a machining center. Theoretical and experimental results demonstrated the method is much more accurate, objective and efficient than the traditional one.
