| 摘 要： | 从学术角度对于的公共政策过程中公共政策执行主体的责任进行理论研究，这对于在实际政策执行中进行责任追究具有十分重要的意义。但是，从我国公共政策执行理论与实际的研究现状、政策执行中责任问题的研究现状来看，在公共政策执行责任研究中，对于政策执行主体责任追究机制的研究还存在着很大的偏颇，急需加以改进。
