摘    要:我国95%的煤矿属井工开采,煤炭平均回采率不足40%,大量的煤炭丢弃使得我国煤炭资源日益紧张.为了解决能源日益短缺的局面,神华宁煤大峰矿对该矿回采率极低的井工开采方法首次尝试采用露采方式来提高回采率.通过理论分析和试验研究,解决了高温火区煤矿爆破施工过程中爆破器材的安全问题,保证了高温火区煤矿硐室大爆破的顺利实施.实践证明:硐室爆破是实现火区煤矿井工开采转露采的科学施工手段.
