| 摘 要： | 针对磷酸二铵装置磷酸泵及其管道输送系统中存在的问题,对磷酸泵进行变频调速改造.改造后磷酸泵及其管道系统故障率下降,节电效果明显,年节电费达到21.97万元.

| Abstract: | Based on the problems existing in phosphoric acid pump and pipeline system of DAP plant, frequency control transformation of phosphoric acid pump is taken. After the transformation, the failure rate of phosphoric acid pump and pipeline system are decreased, the effect on electricity saving is obvious with the electric charge of 219.7 thousand RMB Yuan saved per year. |
