云南磷矿正浮选浮选药剂脱硅机制探讨

摘    要:针对云南磷矿的特点,用油酸作为捕收剂、水玻璃作为抑制剂、碳酸钠作为介质调整剂,对硅钙(钙硅)质磷块岩进行正浮选脱硅,从矿石性质、浮选药剂及正浮选药剂脱硅机制方面对正浮选工艺进行了探讨,以期提高浮选药剂的选择性,达到提高磷精矿品位的目的.

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of Yunnan phosphate rock, with oleic acid as collecting agent, sodium silicate as inhibitor, sodium carbonate as regulator, the direct flotation of phosphate rock containing silicon and calcium is carried out for desiliconisation. The process is discussed from the ore properties, flotation reagents and desiliconisation mechanism, so as to enhance the selectivity of flotation reagents, achieve the goal of improving the grade of phosphate concentrate.
