摘    要:以75 kt/a热法磷酸装置为例,分析和计算装置产生的热量,提出在目前余热回收副产饱和蒸汽的基础上将蒸汽过热提高能量品位用于发电,并利用磷酸吸收反应及稀释的低温位热能副产低压饱和蒸汽的工艺方案.采用CHEMCAD软件对此方案进行流程模拟,认为从理论上是有可能实现的.

Abstract:Taking 75 kt/a thermal-process phosphoric acid plant as an example, by heat energy analysis and calculation, the heat energy recovery scheme is brought forward that the middle pressure saturated steam is superheated to be used for power generation, the reaction and dilution heat are recovered to produce low pressure saturated steam. Process simulation is carried out by CHEMCAD software, and the scheme is considered theoretically feasible.
