摘    要:简要叙述了三菱电机新开发的大功率GTO变频装置的基本原理及控制思想。系统采用了新一代大功率GTO全控式器件,三电平变频器结构,顺变器和逆变器都采用矢量控制方式。从而减小谐波电流并提高装置输入及输出的功率因素。

Abstract:The article introduces the basic principle and control philosophy for large powered GTO VVVF developed by Mitsubishi Motor Co,Ltd.Applied in the system are a new type of fully-controlled large powered GTO device,three level VVVF structure and vector-controlled convertor and invertor,so as to reduce the harmonic current and raise the power factor of input and output of the facility.
