Tianjin city heating present situation and existing guestions

Development characteristics of Tianjin city heating and its present situation is summarized, the existing questions are analyzed and discussed. It is pointed out that the heating planning and district heat-supply detail planning should be made on the basis of holding development characteristic of city heat supply and its present situation. Unreasonable heating and energy sources structure and urban heating network arrangement should be adjusted, operation and management level as well as supervising level shoud be enhanced. Metered heating and building energy conservation should be boosted positively and reliably. The investment on stack-gas desulfurization and removal dust equipment should be increased, and the supervising of smoke exhaust should be strengthed, thus to motivate the realization of the city heat-supply sustainable development.
