智能功率模块驱动保护电路的研究与应用

摘    要:重点分析了智能功率模块(Intelligent Power Modulel--IPM)的基本电气特征,包括IPM的结构、内部功能机理.在此基础上,以三菱公司的PS21564为例研究了常用的IPM驱动电路的硬件设计方法、保护电路的软硬件设计方法,最后阐述了IPM模块在发电机励磁控制系统整流装置中的应用设计.实验结果表明,采用IPM作为开关模块并配合空间矢量PWM(SVPWM)算法,励磁系统的功率因数接近为1、谐波污染较小,提高了电能质量.

Abstract:This paper analyses basic electrical characteristics of intelligent power modules(IPM),including its structure and interior function mechanism.Based on the study above,a research on universal hardware and software design methods of driving circuit and protection circuit about PS21564 is done.Finally the paper sets forth application design of IPM on rectifier device of excitation control system of generator.Exper imental research indicates that IPM which acts as switch module and Space Vector PWM(SVPWM)arithmetic will improve power factor by working near the rating point,decrease harmonics pollution and enhance power quality.
