高频感应钎焊热管砂轮仿真与试验研究

摘    要:为提高热管砂轮的强化换热优势,设计一种适合高频感应加热的热管砂轮感应器,并使用仿真软件分析电流大小、加热间隙、线圈夹角3个参数对钎焊温度分布的影响,由此确定热管砂轮高频感应钎焊的优化参数组合。最后,利用优化的感应器结合高频感应钎焊技术制成CBN磨粒热管砂轮。试验结果表明:加热时基体温度分布均匀,砂轮表面钎料与砂轮基体和磨粒结合良好,CBN磨粒有序排布,验证了钎焊工艺参数和感应器结构设计的合理性。

Abstract:An induction heater is designed to be suitable for high frequency induction heating heat-pipegrinding-wheel(HPGW). Through the simulation software, the influence of three parameters, namely magnitude of current,heating gap and coil angle,on the temperature distribution of the HPGW is analyzed.After the optimized parameter combination is optimized,the CBN HPGW is made by using the newly designed induction heater and high frequency induction brazing technology. The experiment results demonstrate that the substrate temperature distribution is both uniform and in agreement with the simulation. The solder combines the substrate and abrasives well while CBN abrasives distribute orderly. The design of brazing process parameters and heater structure is reasonable.
