| 摘 要： | 根据除鳞介质的不同可将除鳞工艺分为高压水除鳞、压缩气体除鳞、喷沙除鳞。其中高压水除鳞是国内外非常成熟也是运用非常广泛的技术,在国内的型钢生产工艺中,基本上全部采用高压水除鳞。气体除鳞和喷沙除鳞在国外是比较成熟的技术,在实际生产中也得到广泛运用。国内对于气体除鳞和喷沙除鳞尚处于摸索研究阶段,本文主要针对气体除鳞工艺技术原理进行简单介绍。

| Abstract: | Descaling technology sorted compressed gas descaling,high pressure water descaling,sand blast descaling by different descaling medium.High pressure water descaling technology is mature and abroad application in the world,especially in China,compressed gas descaling and sand blast descaling is applied mature and abroad,but they is elementary application in China,this paper introduced compressed gas descaling technology. |
