高等院校开展学生职业生涯规划教育的思考

职业生涯规划对于人生发展具有极为重要的指导意义,对在校大学生进行职业生涯规划教育和指导,是高等学校人才培养的一项重要环节。文章针对高校学生对今后从业的认知现状和目前高校在开展就业教育工作中存在的不足,提出高等学校必须通过全程化和系统化的职业生涯规划教育指导,有效帮助学生发现和挖掘自身潜能,引导学生根据所学专业和个人志向及特长,设定毕业后的从业方向,确立大学不同阶段的努力目标,指导学生根据社会和个人发展的实际情况,实时修正从业方向和努力目标。在不断完善学生综合素质和专业技能的基础上,促进学生顺利完成学业、从容走向社会、尽早实现人生价值。

On Career Planning Education in Higher Institutions of Learning

Career planning is of great directive significance in people＇s life, thus it is necessary to carry out occupational instruction and guidance to college students, since it is a key part of talent cultivation in universities. Based on the present situation and the existing problems in college students＇ employment, this paper proposes that universities should give systematic and one-stop career guidance to students and guide them to set goals at different stages and plan career development direction according to their major, ambition and spe- cialty. Occupational instruction and guidance also helps students to adjust their career plan and goal according to the development of society and students themselves. Universities should aim to perfect students＇ comprehensive qualities and professional skills, so that they can complete their studies easily and step into the society calmly to realize their value of life.
