A1N粉末及陶瓷的性能、制备与应用综述

本文较全面地综述了AIN粉末及陶瓷的性能、制备方法、应用现状及前景等。笔者认为,在AIN粉末制备方法上,除了Geuther和Serpek法以及刚刚研究开发出的SHS法可以工业化生产外,液相法也是目前较有希望实现工业化生产的。另外,用AIN粉作为塑料包装用材料的改性材料,其潜在的市场的确十分巨大。

A SUMMARY OF THE PREPERTIES, PREPARATION AND USE OF THE A1N POWDER AND CERAMIC

This paper has more comprehersive summed the properties and preparating methods and use of AlN powder and ceramics at present and in the future ?Besides the Geuther method and the Serpek method and the just devolop-ing SHS method, the writer think it is very hopeful that the liquid-phase methods can perhaps industralizing in the preparation of A1N powder. In addition, the markcet for AlN is potential and very lager in high-heat conductive plastic parkage applications.
