基于模型的智能金属流量检测仪的研究

摘    要:存冶金上业中,金属的流量榆测对整个金属的加上精度影响很大。为此,研制了一种新犁的基于模犁的错能流量检测仪,它的主要功能有流量模犁的建立、在线修正以及流量的实时显示,同时它还具有通信的功能,既可作为一个独立的单片机控制系统,又可以与上控机配合构成两级控制系统,具有较高的灵活性和可靠性,它是以89C52单片机为核心,基于KeilC51开发工具包开发的。

The Research of Model-based Intelligent Metal Flow-detector

Abstract:In metallurgical industry, the detecting of metal flow is important, it influence the whole metal working accuracy much. So we research and develop a new kind of detector, it is model-based intelligent metal flow-detector. Its major function include establishing flow-model; amending on-line; real-time displaying flow, in addition, it also have communication function, it can be used as a single chip-detector control system, also can be used by cooperating with industry control machine becoming sectional control system, it have high flexibility and reliability. It is developed on the basis of KeilC51 engineers' kit and the key ingredient is 89C52 chip-detector.
