| 摘 要： | 笼型异步电机的转子故障主要包括转子断条、转子裂纹、细条等，其中以断条故障最容易发生。从异步电机转子断条故障检测与诊断所涉及的信号检测、信号处理、诊断方法三方面入手，对当前异步电机转子故障的诊断方法进行总结与分析，指出各种方法的优缺点，并提出今后异步电机转子故障诊断的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The rotor of squirrel-cage induction motor can be broken, cracked, thinned and so on, and the broken bar often happens. This paper summarizes and analyzes the diagnosis methods of the broken rotor bar of induction motor including three aspects of signal inspection, signal treatment and diagnosis, and presents the advantages and disadvantages of different methods and development directions of fault diagnosis of rotor. |
