等臂柔性钻具在同方位增斜侧钻中的应用

摘    要:使用同位斜出新眼侧钻,侧钻点选在650m。该方案使侧钻的井眼轨迹在老井的上方运行,既防止了富县组垮塌和两井串通,又避免了"落鱼",还不影响丛式井的整体施工。铡钻施工时,操作人员要有耐心,应严格控制钻时,当地层新砂样达到100%后,要采取递减钻时和递增钻压的方法进行操作,循序渐进,不可操之过急。

Abstract:Sidetracking spot is located at the depth of 650 m for new deviated hole sidetracking.This scheme makes sidetracked hole track running above the old well,not only guarding against Fu County formation's collapse and connection of two wells,also avoiding "fish" and ensuring overall operation of cluster wells.Drilling time should be strictly controlled in the process of sidetracking and operators be patient.Drilling time should decrease progressively and bit pressure should increase by degrees when new drilling mud cuttings reaches 100%.
