| Abstract: | A finite fourier series expression is used to shape the desired motion of a single-de-gree-of-freedom flexible arm.The residual response spectrum in desired regions can be greatly depressed by selecting the fourier coefficients.This depression is insensitive to modeling errors.The effectiveness of the presented approach can be seen from the response spectra of the system. |
