摘    要:本文通过优化条件建立了一种测定乳粉中左旋肉碱的新方法。实验表明,在2.1~22.0ug/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性相关,回收率在97.6%~99.0%之间,RSD为0.2%(n=7)。方法操作简单、快速,同时准确度高、精密度好。

Abstract:In this study,a new spectrophotometric method had been developed to detect L-carnitine in the milk powder by optimizing the react conditions.The experimental results demonstrate that The absorbtion of the solution had a direct relationship with the L-carnitine concentration in the range of 2.1~22.0ug/mL.The revovery of the method was in the range of 97.6%~99.0% and the RSD was 0.2%(n=7).The proposed method owns the advantages of easy-operation,rapid,high accuracy and good precision.
