智能型集肤效应加热电源

摘    要:本文介绍了一种集肤效应加热电源的设计。系统采用绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)作为功率转换元件,由可编程控制器(PLC)组成电源控制器,构成了智能型集肤效应加热电源。系统可根据设定的温度信号和反馈的温度信号,由电源控制器输出PWM控制信号,灵活的调节输出电流。该电源装置用于集肤效应伴热系统的管道伴热中。

Abstract:This article provide a method of smart power designing. The power is used in Skin-Effect Tracing System, and consists of IGBT inverter and inverter DC to AC. The kernel of the power is the PLC controller, which collects the local information to treat with, so as to output the controlling signal to IGBT inverter. It is provided that this power runs well and it will have good future.
