摘    要:为了研制优质气敏传感器的ZnO系气敏元件,以Zn粉和Sn粉为原料,通过热共蒸发法,在900℃的氧气气氛中,制备了直径为80~150nm的三层同轴ZnO/Zn2SnO4/SnO2核壳结构的纳米电缆.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)试验对纳米电缆的形貌、组成成分以及微观结构进行了表征.测得该三层同轴ZnO/Zn2SnO4/SnO2核壳结构的纳米电缆的芯核为SnO2,中间层为Zn2SnO4化合物,外壳层为ZnO,且有铅笔状、三角金字塔状和四棱锥状三种不同纳米形貌.

Fabrication of SnO2/Zn2 SnO4/ZnO Nanocables Through Thermal Evaporation of Zn and Sn Mixture Powders

Abstract:The synthesis of a three-layer ZnO/Zn2SnO4/Sn02 coaxial nanocable with core and shell heterostructures and diameter of 80 - 150 nm is implemented by thermal evaporation of Zn and Sn mixture powders in temperature 900℃, for the better performance ZnO gas sensor material. The product is characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray spectrometer (EDS), X- ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It is observed that the coaxial nanocable has the multilayer structure of ZnSnO4 in the interface region between the SnO2 core and ZnO shell, and it has the pencil like, triangle pyramid like and quadrangular cone like three different nanomorphology.
