提高紧固件高温强度的探讨

摘    要:本文分析了在石油化工设备中,用作紧固压力容器封头、人孔法兰、热油管线及阀门连接法兰所用的螺栓,长期在高温,高压下产生应力松驰的原因,从而提出并论述了采用多边化处理的方法,以改善紧固件的内部组织、提高其组织的稳定性,增加其形变硬化的能力,使其高温强度得到大幅度的提高以解决压力容器及管线的渗漏问题。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the reason that the bolts used as the pressure coutaines heads, the manhole—flange heat oil pipeline and valve join flanges inthe petro—chemical eguipment produced stress redaxation under thehigh—temperature and high—pressure for a long time, how to usethe method of poly genization treatment was discussed so as t oimprove, the internal structure of the fasteners and raise itssteadiness and increase the capability of its deformation hardness. As a result the high—temperature strengthen of the fasteners canbe risen greatly so that the leakage of the pipeline aud the pressure vessel conld be solved,
