鞍钢405m2烧结机生产实践

针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司405m2烧结机投产后出现的混合机和布料槽挂料严重等问题,采取改进一次混合机加水分布形式,强化混合机制粒效果,改进锤式破碎机等一系列措施。实施后烧结矿质量得到明显提高,烧结矿一级品率提高到89%以上、碱度稳定率提高到93%以上、全铁稳定率提高到96%以上。

Operating Practice of 405 m2 Sintering Machine in Angang

Such measures as modifying the mode of watering on the primary mixing machine,strengthening the effect for granulating by the mixing machine and upgrading the hammer crusher are taken with regard to the serious sticking of materials charged both in the mixing machine and the distributing chute when the 405 m2 sintering machine in Bayuquan Iron ＆ Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.is put into operation.Based on that the sinter quality is improved greatly and the rate of first-grade sinter increases to more than 89%,the stability rate of sinter basicity more than 93% and the stability rate of total ferrous more than 96%.
