摘    要:针对鞍钢铁水中ω(P])≥0.085%的高磷铁水冶炼低磷钢的难题,鞍钢炼钢总厂四工区通过调整铁水硅含量、优化供氧制度及温度控制度,采用高碱度单渣法、双渣法、复吹、出钢后炉外脱磷等冶炼工艺进行了低磷钢生产,实践结果表明,不同冶炼工艺对高磷铁水生产低磷钢均起到了有益的作用。

Abstract:In order to solve this problem on how to make low-phosphorus molten steel by using high-phosphorus hot metal with phosphorus content equal to or more than 0.085% in hot metal made by Angang. The low-phosphorus molten steel is made at 4th Workshop in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. by adopting countermeasures such as adjusting the content of silicon in hot metal, optimizing the schedules of both oxygen-supplying and temperature-controlling, using the single or double slag steelmaking process by adding high alkalinity or combined blowing steelmaking process or dephosphorization process after tapping. The production results show that different steelmaking processes are functional to controlling the content of phosphorus in making low phosphorus molten steel during steelmaking in converter.
