摘    要:分析了结晶器液位波动的特征及高强船板钢在浇注过程结晶器液位波动产生的原因,通过采取调整结晶器保护渣成分、降低过热度、提高设备精度以及增加热坯压力等措施,结晶器液位波动情况得到了改善。

Abstract:The characteristics of the fluctuation of mold level and the causes leading to the fluctuation of the level of molten steel in the mold during casting are analyzed.According to the analysis results,some measures including adjusting chemical compositions of the casting powder,reducing the superheat of molten steel in tundish,improving the accuracy of equipments and increasing their pressures of the hot slabs are adopted,and then the fluctuation of mold level is restrained.
